All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We are thrilled to offer Free Flat-Rate Shipping ($0 CAD) on all orders, everywhere in Canada!

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially to remote areas or northern territories (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories).
Currently, Fashion Avenue only ships to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Because we ship domestically within Canada, your order will not be subject to international import duties or customs. However, applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Fashion Avenue is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact us at info@fashionavenue.ca with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Fashion Avenue is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at info@fashionavenue.ca. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the information.
Sold products are not subject to return or refund.
